Barbara Bui Flagship Store

Led the build of a two-story luxury retail space on a tight budget and schedule. Overcame significant technical challenges while maintaining high design standards and team coordination.
Vitagraph Studios / Prospect Studios (Disney)

- Description:
Oversaw the historic rebuild of the original 1916 Vitagraph Studios, replicating original architectural details from a century-old photo. Now known as The Prospect Studios and owned by Disney.
CNN Remodel & Larry King Studio
- Location: Hollywood, CA
- Role: Project Manager
- Budget: $12+ million
- Description:
Managed a full-scale remodel of the CNN building, including the design and construction of a new studio for Larry King.
Zindagi Games Creative Office
- Location: Camarillo, CA
- Role: On-site Superintendent
- Budget: $2.1 million
- Description:
Built out a modern, collaborative office for a third-party game design studio. Project featured custom creative workspaces and high-end finish work.
Gentleman Scholar / Whitehouse Post
- Location: South La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles
- Role: On-site Superintendent
- Budget: $1.2 million
- Description:
Led the fit-out of a 7,000 sq. ft. creative production space, including an elaborate mezzanine structure. Delivered a polished, functional space on time with minimal client oversight.
AGBO Building 10/11

- Description:
Managed construction on a major creative production facility for AGBO Films. Collaborated closely with owners, designers, and trades to meet high standards for detail, quality, and deadlines.
